PA Council for Children with Behavior Disorders
Our mission:
1. To promote best practices in the education of all exceptional children and youth, especially those with behavioral disorders.
2. To encourage, nuture, and advance effective programs which enhance the awareness, exploration, preparation, and transition for children and youth with behavioral disorders.
3. To collaborate with others on issues relating to beahvioral disorders, and to disseminate such information.
