What is barter? In its simplest form, bartering involves the direct exchange of goods or services for other goods or services without reference to money.

Red Stick Barter is a FREE online group serving Baton Rouge, NOLA and south Louisiana. Postings for goods and services are welcome.

INSTRUCTIONS: In the subject line of your post, include what you have to offer followed by "for" then state what you are looking for...be concise and short...expound in the body of the post (see earlier posts for examples). Basically, just make your posts effective and informative in the body. You may include the worth of your item or service, locations, etc.

Please only post that which is pertaining specifically to this list and bartering. Do keep in mind that your word is your bond. Please be ethical in your dealings and keep up your end of the deal. Nobody likes to get the short end of the stick, so please be honest and clear when describing that which you are offering and what you are willing to accept. Also, use discretion in posting personal information directly to the list.
